3 killed in firing on van in Swat

PESHAWAR: Three persons killed and one injured when unidentified gunmen opened firing on a vehicle in Kabal Police Station area in Swat district on Sunday, police said.

According to Swat police, the assailants ambushed a vehicle with four persons on board near Kalagai Bakro area, killing three of them and injuring another. The identity of victims could not be immediately ascertained. Police rushed to the spot and cordoned off the area. The motive behind the incident was stated to be enmity.
