Two killed in Mohmand blast

GHALLANAI: At least two people were killed and two others, including a security official, injured in a landmine blast in Mohmand Agency.

According to reports, unidentified persons had planted a landmine in Saafi Tehsil of Mohmand Agency, which exploded and triggered panic in the area. Two persons were killed and as many injured in the blast. The political administration said that the landmine had been planted to target a security personnel’s convoy. Separately, two suicide bombers were killed when their suicide vest exploded in the suburbs of Mohmand Agency.
