Black Band Protest in Hyderabad ,India

A Black Band Protest was organized at Dharna Chowk, Hyderabad to condemn and lodge protest against the recent attacks on Christian community in Lahore Pakistan and on the Hindu community in Bangladesh where many houses and shops are reported to damaged and burnt.

Representatives of civil society organisations and concerned citizens participated to condemn the attacks on the minority communities and demanded setting up of special judicial processes, action against the guilty and complete compensation to the victims. The speakers also urged the governments in all the South Asian countries to take immediate measure to ensure complete protection of the minorities.
