Father burns alive three children

A person burnt alive his three children to death while his wife sustained serious burn injuries at Arania village under Jandaha police station area in Vaishali district late last night. Superintendent of Police Upendra Kumar Sinha said here today that one Devendra Singh suspected that his wife had stolen jewellery of his sister.




He lost his cool and set ablaze his wife and three children after pouring kerosene oil on them. 'The children died on the spot in the incident while their mother sustained serious burn injuries in the incident', Mr Sinha said adding that the woman was admitted to Patna Medical College Hospital(PMCH) where her condition was stated to be serious. Those killed in the gruesome incident were-- Soni(7yrs), Sushma (5yrs) and Anchal (2 yrs)-- three daughters of Devendra, Mr Sinha further said adding that raids were being carried out to nab the killer who managed to escape from the spot.
