The Maharashtra ATS had filed a chargesheet in December 2010 and named five others as wanted accused. They include the alleged co-founders of Indian Mujahideen, the Bhatkal brothers - Yasin, Riyaz and Iqbal.Another accused, Zabiuddin Ansari alias Abu Jundal, is facing trial for his role in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks case.
