Reiterating his resolve to deliver justice to all regions and sub-regions of the state, PDP patron Mufti Mohammad Sayeed today sought support of the people to change the present inefficient and corrupt system.
He observed that every section of the society and every region of the state are bearing the brunt of wrong policies being propagated by the present regime.
He was addressing a function to welcome Jatinder Bhat, a businessman, who along with a large number of his supporters today joined the PDP. A number of panchayat members from different parts of the Jammu region also joined the PDP.
“Attaining power is not the only aim of the PDP. I have already enjoyed important positions in the government”, he said, adding, “With the support and cooperation of the people I want to set up a new system of accountability and transparency where every section would get equal opportunities of growth and development”.
