Two OGWs of JeM arrested in J-K

Two militant sympathisers were today arrested with arms and ammunition in the Awantipora area of south Kashmir Pulwama district, police said.

Police and troops of 44 Rashtriya Rifles of the Army apprehended two Over Ground Worker's (OGW) of Jaish-e-Mohammad (JeM) outfit from Sonargund area of Awantipora, a police spokesman said.

The two OGWs of JeM identified as Altaf Hussain Mir and Shamim Ahmad Wani, both residents of Rajpora in Pulwama, were apprehended during naka checking, he said.
