New Delhi é A sessions court here Wednesday issued notice to the Delhi Police on a revision petition of journalist Syed Mohammad Kazmi arrested for alleged involvement in the Feb 13 Israeli embassy car bombing case.Kazmi in his plea, moved through counsel Mehmood Pracha, challenged a magistrate’s order passed July 20 that granted police additional time for investigation.
Additional Sessions Judge Surinder S. Rathi directed that notice be issued to the police and listed the matter for hearing July 30.
Kazmi also moved a fresh bail application in the sessions court.
