New Delhi: The police have registered a case against a person for killing a 17-year old girl and injuring her mother who tried to stop the person from urinating outside their house.
The incident took place on Wednesday at E-Block in Hazrat Nizamuddin of South Delhi when 17-year old Yusra and her mother tried to prevent their neighbor, Javed, from urinating outside their house. Following which Javed started abusing them and opened fire at Yusra and her mother.
Both the mother-daughter duo was rushed to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) where doctors declared Yusra brought dead.
Her mother received one bullet injury while Yusra received two bullet injuries in her abdomen which proved fatal.
The police have registered a case against Javed who is absconding after the incident happened on Wednesday.
