RAWALPINDI - Lahore High Court (LHC) Rawalpindi bench on Thursday awarded pre-arrest bail to PML-N MNA Muhammad Hanif Abbasi in the case alleged misuse of ephedrine.
The court also directed the accused PML-N stalwart to submit two surety bonds each worth Rs 500,000. The bench comprised Justice Sagheer Ahmed Qadri and Justice Ali Baqir Najafi.
According to details, ANF Prosecutor Shahid Abbasi tried to get adjournment from the court, saying he was not prepared in the case but the LHC Rawalpindi bench remarked that they wanted to decide the long pending bail plea.
